The Raiders finished strong at the Outdoor State Meet today! The girls finished 2nd with 63 points and the boys finished 11th with 32. There were 3 new school records: Faith Davis in the 200m, Colin Quirk in the 800m (shattering his own previous school record by over 3 seconds and beating the meet record as well), and the girls’ 4×4 by a few hundredths of a second.  View photos in the Vidigami Gallery.

The girls only lose one senior, Madi Smith, and look towards continued success next season. Randolph last won state in girls’ track in 1994 as a 1A school–with some help in the throws and jumps, this team could go the distance come 2018.

We are so proud of how both teams competed with heart, respect, and good sportsmanship this week. Go Raiders!
